The factory warehouse processes (ships out) all in stock orders within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order. Most orders, however, ship out from the warehouse the same or next business day after you place your order! Ship time will vary depending on how far your destination is from Prom Shoes Boutique.com in South Florida. We reserve the right to ship some orders via USPS Priority Mail. While mistakes with UPS rarely happen there is always a possibility of an unforseen error so we do not guarantee shipping times. To be safe it is always best to leave yourself a few extra days before you need your package. A reship charge of $7 will apply to all exchanges. UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Here is an example of a destination that is 3 business days in transit:
1 - Your order is placed on a Monday and UPS takes 3 business days to deliver to your location.
2 - The factory warehouse ships it out the very next business day on Tuesday.
3 - Transit time is 3 business days after the day of confimed shipment which is Tuesday. The day your package ships out, Tuesday, does not count as a shipping day.
4 - Your 3 shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday and the final day is Friday.
5 - Your package arrives on Friday.
REMEMBER - shipping days are business days which means you do not count Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays when UPS does not ship. So if you order on Thursday, your package will ship out on Friday and arrive 3 business days later on Wednesday.

To calculate your shipping time you can first view the UPS MAP. For an exact time you can calculate your ship time at UPS.com by CLICKING HERE. When you have entered all of your information scroll down and click on "Calculate Time Only" to see how many days it will take a shipment to arrive. Standard and upgraded optional shipping costs as well as ship back costs are non refundable.

If you need your package even faster, you can upgrade your shipping at an additional cost to UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight Saver (no Saturday Overnight Delivery is available) service in your shopping cart. Again, before you spend for upgraded shipping make sure you check above for your estimated shipping time. You may not need the upgraded shipping after all!

WHERE DO WE SHIP
We ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico. SHIPMENTS TO PUERTO RICO, ALASKA AND HAWAII will be shipped via the United States Postal Service priority mail. The postal service states that this service generally runs from 2-3 days. This time frame is not guaranteed so we ask that you allow up to a week or more for a priority mail shipment. You can not upgrade shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back a return or exchange. See our Return Policy page for details.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
The address you type in is the address we send your order to. Please make sure your address is correct, including apartment number and zip code. Also be sure to make arrangements to accept delivery at the address requested. U.P.S. will not automatically leave a package at your door. We can not ship to a P.O. box.
